The full continental breakfast certainly sets you up for the day and the fresh fruit and croissants will remain a happy memory long after you leave. Of course with breakfast being the meal served at Inn on the Bay, and whilst you can relax all day by the pool sipping rum punches at this romantic hotel, just watching the plethora of yachts in the bay, it is good to see a little of marigot Bay if not the rest of St Lucia. By the way the breakfast room stays open all day and you can help yourself to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, which is a nice homely touch. The beach at the bay is relaxing, just about big enough but go to the rocky end to swim, and be prepared for the music blaring out from the restaurants. The location and the owners are the real key to the success of Inn on the Bay. Normand will make the suggestions for your daytime activity, get you there, or at the very least organize it, and then make sure you book the right restaurant at night, and drop you off, and pick you up.
